Eric Dila

Eric Arevalo Dila is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in management, law, and global business.

He holds a Postgraduate LL.M in Law from De Montfort University and has completed the Executive Program in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Furthermore, Eric has a strong educational foundation in Allstate Foundation NonProfit Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Eric currently serves as the Managing Director at XENON Management Group and has previously held key leadership roles in various organizations.

His past positions include Entrepreneur Ambassador at Bunker Labs, where he also served as a Veteran in Residence, showcasing his commitment to supporting fellow veterans.

Eric has also contributed significantly to the Asian-American National Committee, Inc. (AANC) as the Vice Chair of the Economic Development Board.

His expertise extends to the financial sector through his role as Manager Partner at Military Connected Capital and his experience as a Corporate Marine Assurance & Compliance professional at Noble Drilling.
