Eric Abitbol

Eric Abitbol is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in raising capital for a diverse range of companies, both private and public, utilizing various financial instruments.

His expertise in investment banking spans public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, SPACs, PIPEs, and secondary offerings, across industries such as maritime, financial services, cannabis, natural resources, energy, technology, media, and real estate.

Currently, Eric holds the role of Founder at LeBaron Capital LLC, a position he assumed after serving as Managing Director at Brock Securities LLC and playing a key role in Brock's Capital Markets Division.

Earlier in his career, Eric served as Managing Director at Sunrise Securities Corp., where he was instrumental in originating and placing over $3 billion in capital market transactions, including the establishment and funding of Hightower Advisors, now managing $70 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM).
