Ephrat Kirshen is an accomplished HR professional with a bachelor's degree in social sciences from Ben Gurion University. With expertise in in-house organizational counseling, conducting negotiations, and managing collaboration, she has worked with top-notch organizations, including Fireblocks, iguazio, Techfinancials, Horizon Technologies LTD, and Liba-Hi tech recruitment. As the Head of HR at Fireblocks, she is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals. Previously, as HR Manager & Global Recruiter at iguazio, she managed recruitment efforts across the globe while providing guidance to the organizational leadership team.
