Ephraim Kayembe is an accomplished Researcher and Lecturer specializing in government relations, international relations, international politics, diplomacy, and public policy.

Ephraim possesses extensive practical experience in strategic organizational management, program and policy development, financial and administrative management, strategic partnerships, managing donor-funded programs, and rural development projects.

With an academic background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Statistical Demography, Numerical Analysis, and Earth Sciences from the University of Malawi, a Master's degree in Strategic Management specializing in International Business Game Theory and Organizational Management from the University of Derby, and a Doctorate in International Relations with Merit from Central China Normal University, Ephraim is well-equipped to tackle complex global challenges.

Professionally, Ephraim has held diverse roles such as Member of Parliament in Malawi, Research Fellow in various institutes focusing on management, international relations, and public policy, District Programme Manager at Water For People, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Malawi, and consultant positions at organizations like FAO of the United Nations and Concern Universal.
