Enrique Huerta

Enrique Huerta is a Co-Founder and Principal of Rockview Capital, LLC, where he leads acquisition, due diligence, and asset management activities. With a background at Clear Capital, LLC, Enrique has overseen over $1.2B of investment transactions in multifamily real estate assets. He played a key role in expanding Clear Capital's platform and achieved impressive investment returns. Prior to this, Enrique gained experience at prominent multifamily real estate operators like The Grupe Company, Next Wave Investors, and The Bascom Group. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
