Enrico Signoretti

Enrico Signoretti is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of industry experience in technical product strategy and management. As an internationally recognized visionary author, blogger, and speaker on storage technologies, Enrico has advised mid-market and large enterprises across numerous industries and software companies, ranging from small ISVs to large providers. He is passionate about new innovative information technologies and constantly monitors how markets evolve.

Enrico has been a Gigaom Research Analyst and contributor to The Register, where he tracked the changes in the storage industry. He founded and organized TECHunplugged, a platform for IT professionals to engage in interesting conversations, share findings, opinions and gather new perspectives from other people in the IT community. He also served as a Technology Evangelist and Product Strategist at OpenIO and Head of Product Strategy at OpenIO. Before that, he was the CEO of Cinetica srl and the owner of Nu Image srl.

Enrico Signoretti studied Computer Science and Electronics and has a special interest in sailing, kite surfing and running. He built his own sailboat and often uses it for family cruises.
