As President, I served the club by:-  Developing club programs, rules, and policies and organizing a leadership team comprised of students, faculty, and community members.-  Maintaining steady interest and growth of the club through event hosting, web & social media engagement, and creating eXplore.-  Providing comprehensive consulting services to club members such as market research, business model validation, and pitch coaching. -  Connecting club members to resources within the Portland Community and connecting students to start-ups.

I led a team of 15 high schoolers and 2 collage interns who were participating in Trimet's Summer Works Program. Among the task we completed are:-  Registering over 20,000 transit users for Trimet's Riders Club.-  Promoting and educating Portland transit users on using Globe Sherpa's Mobile Ticketing App.-  Collecting GIS data and customer feedback to assist in the decision making for the Portland   Milwaukee Light Rail Project (Orange Max Line).

I worked as a mail room attendant and assisted in the delivery of Rush Mail to various departments across campus from May 2013 to January 2014. This opportunity allowed me to be more familiar with the PSU campus and build friendships with members of several departments.I worked for the Transportation Department as a cashier and orientation representative from January 2014 to May 2014. I provided incoming students with information regarding using public transit in Portland. I was a peer mentor to first and second year students in the Diversity and Multicultural Student Services Program from September 2013 until I graduated in June 2015.

I worked on a Type 3 Fire Engine on the Willamette National Forest in 2010 at McKenzie River, Oregon. In 2011, I worked on a 20 man Hand Crew on the Umpqua National Forest at Cottage Grove, Oregon. I was fortunate to see some of the most beautiful natural attractions of this state and gained more interest in the importance of preserving our natural resources.

I provided administrative support to full and part-time faculty members. In addition to my work, I served as the Student Activities Coordinator and the Civic Engagement Coordinator for the Associated Students of Chemeketa. This opportunity allowed me to serve as a liaison between students and staff. I organized an annual day of service that brought together students, staff, and community members for MLK and Cesar Chavez Day.
