Engr. Ariful Islam

Engr. Islam is an accomplished Safety, Environment and Quality professional with ten years of experience in the multinational realm. He has a strong background in developing and implementing international management systems focused on safety, quality and environmental performance. His expertise spans across a variety of industries such as Oil & Gas, Food and Pharmaceuticals, and construction, where he has effectively improved organizational performance. With a BSc in Chemical Engineering and Polymer Science from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Engr. Islam has garnered extensive experience working in different capacities to develop safety practices and hazard analysis, risk assessment, quality assurance and good manufacturing practices. He has also previously worked as a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Competency Trainer at Chevron, where he effectively trained employees on HSE related matters. As an Engineering and Management Consultant, he was also responsible for providing training in ISO certification across industries. With his proficiency in Construction Safety, Office Safety, Ergonomics, Fire Safety, Water Treatment, and Effluent Treatment, Engr. Islam has honed an excellent skill set in improving organizational safety practices.
