Eng Tat Khoo is an experienced engineer, educator, and entrepreneur with a focus on engineering design, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), serious gaming, innovation, and deep-tech startups. He holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore and has served as a senior lecturer at the university's Engineering Design and Innovation Centre. With an extensive background in VR/AR, he served as CTO of VR/AR companies that pioneered new solutions for aviation maintenance, building/architecture visualization, retail marketing, and maintenance repair operation for large corporations and Fortune 500 clients.

Additionally, Khoo has advised and mentored startups and young entrepreneurs in the field of deep-tech, immersive experiences, and VR/AR. He has served as an Immersive Experiences Mentor at Pixel, an Adjunct Assistant Professor at National University of Singapore, and Head of Engineering and Investment at TNB Ventures Pte Ltd. He was a former board director at the AsiaVR Association and a board member in the New Media Consortium Horizon Project.

Khoo has also been involved in the academic and artistic community, serving as a Distinguished Academic at the School of Technology for the Arts at Republic Polytechnic, Artistic Advisor at Asia-Europe Foundation, and Associate Faculty at Singapore University of Social Sciences and PSB Academy. He has been a Singapore Chapter Rep - Young Chinese Leaders at DragoNation and Associate Lecturer at LASALLE College of the Arts.
