Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry at the University of Michigan, Emory specializes in making analytical measurements of biological systems, particularly through the development of technology using droplet microfluidics for high-throughput screening.

Emory's work heavily relies on mass spectrometry, aiming towards the miniaturized enzyme evolution.

Post PhD, Emory aspires to contribute to the field of biotechnology and industry.

Education-wise, Emory holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Chemistry, Magna Cum Laude, High Honors from Middlebury College and has a background in Biochemistry from Trinity College - Hartford.
