Emmy Lam

Emmy Lam is a results-oriented product manager with over 5 years of experience in B2B2C and D2C products, focusing on user experience, data-driven approaches, and cross-functional teamwork. Lam's background is in health informatics and psychology, having earned a Master of Health Informatics (MHI) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Western University. Prior to her current role as a Product Manager at KOHO, Lam held various positions at Sun Life, Sunnybrook, North Simcoe Muskoka Local Health Integration Network, and Behaviour Innovations.

As a product manager, Lam is skilled in developing EMRs, digital transformation, consumer booking experiences, and clinical platforms.
