Emmanuel Trinity is a social entrepreneur hailing from Kampala, Uganda. He is dedicated to upskilling the next generation of digital talent in Africa, preparing them for job opportunities and entrepreneurial ventures.

He is the driving force behind era92, a youth creative agency in Uganda that focuses on training and employing young adults in design, arts, and technology. Through era92, Emmanuel helps to enhance the lives of the youth by partnering with clients to boost their brands and uplift the young workforce.

Emmanuel Trinity is also a co-founder of 92hands, a movement that galvanizes young adults throughout Africa to engage in impactful community service initiatives. This movement aims to empower vulnerable populations in Uganda and transform these young individuals into catalysts for positive change in their communities.

As an entrepreneur, Emmanuel is deeply invested in ensuring sustainable wages for emerging African creatives. He strongly believes in fostering mutually beneficial collaborations to nurture innovative ideas.

Emmanuel Trinity is resolute in his belief that talent is evenly distributed, but the disparity lies in the availability of opportunities. He positions himself as an opportunity creator, dedicated to unlocking the potential of millions of unemployed young people across Africa.

With a fervent vision for a prosperous Africa devoid of poverty, Emmanuel is zealous about creating abundant opportunities for the African populace. He oversees a team of 18 as a social entrepreneur, spearheading an agency that trains and employs young African designers and entrepreneurs.

Furthermore, Emmanuel Trinity serves as an Ambassador for Fields of Life in East Africa. He has been recognized for his exceptional work and was chosen as one of the 37 Social Entrepreneurs to Keep an Eye on in 2020. Additionally, Tearfund nominated and elected him as an inspired individual in Africa in 2020.

Emmanuel Trinity is an alumnus of Makerere University, where he pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art and Industrial Design, graduating with distinction.

In the past, Emmanuel has held notable positions such as Chief Job Creator and Founder at era92, Associate Founder at The New Africa, Ambassador at Fields of Life, Co-Founder at 92hands Uganda, and Creative Director at Spirit FM 96.6.
