Supervised 10 personnel to deliver enterprise digital solutions for clients. Developed rapport with client business and IT executives, monitored achievement to plans, and managed client executive communications. Controlled budget and P&L for Professional Services. Major clients include:

Led project and client teams to design and implement multiple enterprise digital solutions for furniture retailer with 7500 employees, 6 distribution centers, and 250+ stores across 10 states. Managed client expectations. Designed solution enabling EMV payments within existing POS system. Oversaw/guided/managed up to 45 project and client team members in software development (SDLC) and implementation within Microsoft development stack.

Client:  CHECKERS RESTAURANTS
Created internal IT infrastructure/organization and updated POS systems for $500M+ restaurant chain with 2500 employees. Re-organized group into service-based model with leaders for each service line. Managed teams to replace retail technologies across 550+ locations in 25 states, including POS, back of house equipment, networking hardware, and telecom lines.

Client:  HEALTHPLAN SERVICES (acquired by WIPRO LIMITED)
Consulted with client business and IT decision makers to re-create and rebuild internal IT organization improving operations and the B2B customer experience (CX) for 2000-employee health insurance administration company. Led workflow, organizational needs, and existing team skills assessments and re-organized IT group into service-based model with leaders for each service line.

Executive Vice President

Supervised 80 FTEs across operations, sales, product support, development, product management, and professional services to deliver P&L for $10M division. Oversaw nationwide sales team generating $2M+ new/add on sales annually. Implemented services processes and methodology. In 2 years, raised Professional Services billable utilization 10% and increased product sales by 15%.

DEVELOPMENT & CUSTOMER SUPPORT:  Merged 3 development organizations, implemented agile/Scrum SDLC, and established formal QA and Configuration Management groups. Revamped support processes and tools decreasing ticket resolution time 18%.

Managed $200M P&L and motivated up to 240+ FTEs to improve margins, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. Created Professional Services and Client Operations vision, developed strategies, and managed execution.
