Headquartered in Irvine CA, Flatirons Solutions is a leading solution provider to airlines and OEMs to manage technical maintenance information for Airbus, Boeing and Bombardier aircrafts. It is used by 7 of the world’s largest airlines and by more than 50,000 maintenance engineers.
I lead the strategic initiatives for the Flatirons Jouve Group related to innovation, partnership and new business opportunities with a focus on Banking and Financial Services, Aerospace and e-Learning. 
Some new opportunities I am managing include:
- A clearinghouse based on mobile capture and Blockchain technologies to gather, exchange and monetize KYC/CIP data,
- Paperless Aircraft Operations solutions including content digitization and technical maintenance data management. One of the benefits is to improve the aircraft leasing and asset management process (for lessors and lessees)
- Outsourcing of education content editorial and production services leveraging Flatirons Jouve workflow and CMS solutions.

JNA delivers best of breed services and technologies from learning experience design to adaptive learning and gamification of content. JNA partners with education publishers and Institutions (K12, Higher Ed and Career Education) to create and deliver courses optimized for online and on-ground learning.
Working with Trade publishers and online retailers, we have worked for the past 10 years to deliver the best content on e-readers.

I supervised the marketing strategy and product marketing for the group. I was also involved in strategic business development. 
Chairman of "April in Paris" World Digital Summit dedicated to CEOs which took place in Paris in 2011 and 2012. Jouve partnered with Cigref, the network of French largest companies, the French Think Tank L'Institut de l'Entreprise and the American consulting firm Outsell. Repositioned the BU and launched Jouve ebook offering through the acquisition of Publishing Dimensions in New York. This BU multiplied its revenue by 5 in 3 years. 
Managed the P&L. With this activity, Jouve became the largest ebook producer worldwide working with the major online retailers including Sony, Amazon and Apple.
