There are two strands to my focus as a consultant for social impact.  
•	Acting as a ‘CEO support’ to work as critical friend, problem solve and strategic development alongside leaders to move ideas into action.  My focus is to support leaders to have the impact and lead the change their organisations need to meet their missions.  
•	Affecting change in societal awareness and provision of support for young people’s mental health to tackle the inequality in access and outcomes
In both of these, I undertake paid and pro bono work, with leaders committed to values-and-people-led approaches to create strong organisations for greater impact.  This is primarily with social impact organisations both service delivery and funders. 

I find meeting new people and exploring ideas hugely inspiring, so get in touch if you want to chat.

Clients included Barnardo's, London Youth, YMCA, VInspired, Leap Confronting Conflict, Church Urban Fund & Just Finance Foundation, Youth Business International, Scout Association and a major UK conceptual artist.
