Emma Rogers

Emma Rogers is an accomplished human resources professional with an impressive educational background. She graduated from the University of Iowa with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Psychology and Communication Studies. Her career began with internships at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Discovery Communications, and she eventually worked at media conglomerate Viacom as a Human Resources Department Assistant. Rogers then went on to work in HR positions at Condé Nast, Michael Kors, and most recently, Fast Retailing where she serves as Senior Director of Human Resources Technology and Operations. Her experience in HR technology and operations has made her an asset to the organizations she has worked with, including her most recent employer, UNIQLO's parent company.
