Her career also includes leadership positions such as Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Holland & Barrett, Head of Talent Acquisition at FirstPort (UK), Senior Manager Talent Acquisition / Project Manager at various organizations, and EMEA Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at DHL Supply Chain. Emma's expertise in talent acquisition, development, and culture change management have been pivotal in her professional journey.
