Emma pursued her education by studying Ba Hons in English at the University of Chester and CIPD CPP at Warrington Collegiate, enhancing her skills and knowledge in human resources and business change management.

With a rich professional background, Emma has held various significant roles in esteemed organizations. She has been a part of RL100 as an Alumni and Core member, served as a Programme Manager (Business Change) and Lead Business Culture Change Manager on secondment at Network Rail, and worked as the Head of Talent, Resourcing at Network Rail.

Her career also includes leadership positions such as Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Holland & Barrett, Head of Talent Acquisition at FirstPort (UK), Senior Manager Talent Acquisition / Project Manager at various organizations, and EMEA Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at DHL Supply Chain. Emma's expertise in talent acquisition, development, and culture change management have been pivotal in her professional journey.
