During her tenure as the Director of Corporate Affairs for a FTSE 100 company, she spearheaded the division's operations across Australasia, Asia, and the Middle East.

Emma's earlier career involved advisory roles with senior Federal Government Ministers and a public affairs role in the Australian Public Service, focusing on key government health programs.

Her professional journey commenced with an international non-government agency, delivering global leadership programs across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Emma's educational background includes a Master of Public Policy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Canberra.
