Emma Knowler

Emma Knowler is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in Human Resources and People & Culture management.

She holds a BA Hons in Retail Marketing, with a 2.1 grade from The Manchester Metropolitan University, and a University Diploma in Personnel Management (CIPD) with a focus on Human Resources Management from Thames Valley University.

Emma has held key leadership roles in renowned organizations, including being the VP of People & Culture at Avast.

Previously, she served as the HR Director in various capacities at easyJet, overseeing HR Business Partnering, Organisation Development, Property & Facilities, Talent Acquisition, Talent, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and Corporate Functions.

Her experience also includes holding the position of Group Talent Director at Iglo Group Limited, where she managed talent and HR aspects for the European markets and the UK & Ireland.

Before that, Emma worked at Royal Mail as a People and Organisation Development Advisor and at Coca-Cola Enterprises as a Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on Sales and Marketing.

Additionally, she has experience in graduate resourcing, development management, and HR business partnering functions from her time at Safeway.
