Emma Joliffe is a passionate and creative educational leader with a special focus on curriculum development and enrichment. She is also a skilled copywriter, particularly in the educational and third sector spheres. As a successful performance poet, Emma has achieved accolades such as winning slams, appearing on Channel 4's Random Acts, and performing at various prestigious events such as Latitude Festival and Hammer and Tongue. Her work includes featuring as a regular chef on the acclaimed 'Poetry Takeaway' and being published in numerous anthologies with her first collection 'Citizen of Nowhere' released by Burning Eye Books in 2017. Furthermore, Emma is dedicated to mentoring young people in creative writing within different educational settings.

Emma's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Drama with English, achieving a first-class degree from The University of Manchester, and a PGCE in Drama from the University of Leeds. Her professional journey has seen her contribute to various organizations in different capacities, including roles such as Freelance Copywriter at We are Citizen Ltd, LAMDA Teacher at St Bede's School, Head of Drama at Priory School in both part-time and full-time positions, and teaching roles at schools like Ark Little Ridge Primary Academy, Parliament Hill School, ARK Globe Academy, and Kingsdale Foundation School.
