Emma Haagen is a dedicated user experience researcher with a background in design engineering, excelling at integrating the voice of the consumer into projects. With a strong focus on bridging research insights to actionable opportunities, Emma thrives in storytelling with data and finding innovative ways to make insights memorable and practical.

Her academic journey includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Design for Interaction and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial and Product Design from Delft University of Technology. Additionally, she pursued a BSc minor in Industrial Design at Istanbul Technical University, showcasing her commitment to a diverse educational background.

In her professional career, Emma has held key positions such as Lead User Experience Researcher at DPG Media Nederland, where she currently excels in harnessing user insights to drive innovation. She has also made notable contributions as a UX Researcher and UX Designer at IceMobile and as a UX Consultant at Alten PTS. Emma's versatile experience includes roles as a Graduate Student at Dorel Juvenile Group, Intern at IceMobile and National Innovation Foundation, Student Assistant Researcher at Wageningen University, and Volunteer at FSL India, signifying her well-rounded expertise in various organizational settings.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Emma Haagen enjoys diverse interests including playing basketball, hiking, visiting art museums, and creating screen prints. Her multifaceted background underscores a passion for creativity and a holistic approach to personal and professional growth.
