Her responsibilities at Omnipresent include strategizing, executing, and ensuring compliance of EOR/PEO benefits in 160+ countries, spanning areas like pensions, insurance, and health and wellness.

In addition to managing operations, technology, support, and vendor relationships for the benefits function, Emma's mission is centered on providing exceptional employee and client experiences, streamlining business processes, enhancing employee value propositions, and fostering global employment needs.

Emma Gleaves holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Business Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff. Her professional journey includes roles such as Head of Global Benefits at Omnipresent, Co-Founder at ProConnect Online Networking, Senior Consultant at Eppione®, Senior Consultant at Willis Towers Watson, and various positions in employee benefits and pensions at CBG Group plc / Carpenter Rees Ltd, KPMG UK, Mercer, and as an Event Manager at Edgbaston.
