Emma Foley

Emma Foley is a highly experienced professional with a background in International Public Policy and International Relations.

She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in International Public Policy from University College London, U. of London, and a MA (Hons) in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews.

Emma has held various key positions in the UK government, including Head of Office and Private Secretary to Chris Heaton-Harris at the Department for Transport (DfT).

Her expertise includes roles such as Testing Policy Lead in the International Travel Aviation Directorate, Head of Strategy and Engagement in General Aviation, and Senior Policy Advisor in International Aviation - all within the Department for Transport.

Prior to her roles at the DfT, Emma served as a Private Secretary in the Department of Health and Social Care and as an Executive Assistant at the Centre for Policy Studies.

Her professional journey also includes an internship at the Lord Mayor of Dublin's office, showcasing her diverse experiences and skills in policy and governmental roles.
