Emma Edwards is a seasoned program manager with over a decade of experience in international development, having worked in Australia, Asia, and Southern Africa, as well as within various government levels in Australia.
She served as the Advocacy and External Engagement Manager for Child Health Now in the Southern Africa region at World Vision International, showcasing her skills in stakeholder management, team leadership, and capacity building in cross-cultural environments.
Emma's educational background is extensive, including a Master of International Development with Distinction from RMIT University and an MBA in Organisational Leadership and International Business Management from Deakin University.
Her expertise extends to Indonesian language proficiency and thriving in diverse cultural settings.
Throughout her career, Emma held significant roles such as Program Manager for Global Gateway and Strategic Advisor to the Commissioner for South-East Asia at Invest Victoria, State Government of Victoria, Australia.
She also contributed to various organizations, including Coffey International Ltd, World Vision, Tourism & Transport Forum, Finca International, and Defence Housing Australia, in roles ranging from Campaign Advisor to National Policy Director.
