Emma Canales

Emma Canales is a professional with expertise in training Bible translators on using Paratext, data migration, preservation, and web mastering. With a background in XML, data conversion, and digital archiving, Emma has a rich educational history and diverse organizational experience.

Emma began her educational journey by obtaining a High School Diploma from Blas Cañas School. She furthered her studies at Universidad de Chile, JAARS, and the School of Law at Universidad de Chile.

Throughout her career, Emma has held key positions in prestigious organizations. She currently serves as a Librarian at the Digital Bible Library (DBL) within the United Bible Societies. Previously, she held roles such as DBL Content Manager, Computer Assisted Publishing (CAP) Officer, and Legal Assistant at Banco Concepción.
