Order Management Specialist

• Assist the .com merchant and associate .com merchant in the day-to-day running of the .com business
• Play a strong .com merchandising team support role, including brand/product set up, .com product marketing, and reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support .com merchants with set up and updates for new and existing brands & products 
o Work with brands to secure needed comps and copy assets
o Ensure completion and accuracy of all new / updated elements
o Assist with QA to confirm optimized client experience for brand and product pages
• Support .com merchants in timely execution of all product marketing placements on the site 
o Complete sheets to brief email, homepage, and other marketing channels
o Help with deliverables for product placements (carousels) on the site and page sorts o Assist with QA to confirm optimized client experience for overall site and marketing
placements
• Support merchandising team with reporting needs
o Run cross-world weekly and monthly .com reports
o Execute ad hoc projects and analysis of business as needed, including site content

•	Manage day to day logistics with each unique onboarding and compliance practices of over 19 different clients 	
•	Act as the sole point of contact for consultants and walk them through all onboarding procedures
•	Ensure on-time completion of all deliverables by consultants using HRIS
•	Communicate with cross-functional teams, nationally and internationally, on a daily basis
•	Responsible for calculating and tracking the most up to date progress of purchase orders in Excel (totaling value of over $1 Million) while providing regular reports to internal & external stakeholders
•	Provide strategic suggestions to executives based on data to improve supply chain management
•	Schedule and regulate meetings for I-9 verification for all consultants in my territory

•	In addition with Operations Executive role - Partner with various business groups (benefits, payroll, audit, sales) to organize People Operations for one of Collabera’s largest clients
•	Maintain professionalism while shifting priorities in a fast-paced organization
•	Build connections with Consultants and Managers in order to drive business development 	
•	Coordinate process improvements within the Operations Team in order to enable sales productivity
•	Take ownership of creating and implementing growth strategies as a key player in new strategic initiatives
