Emily Yukich

Fox Rothschild attorney Emily Yukich is a seasoned legal expert with extensive experience advising small to mid-sized businesses in the consumer products, clean tech, solar power, manufacturing, and professional services industries. Emily handles a range of complex transactional matters related to business formation, planning, restructuring, and growth. She advises startups on strategy, early-stage funding, and existing companies on acquisition financing. Additionally, Emily counsels private equity and venture capital investors on due diligence, negotiation of investment documents, and other relevant matters. She is knowledgeable in corporate governance, contract negotiation, leasing, and brand protection. Apart from attending USC Gould School of Law, Emily also holds a doctoral program in English from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Kenyon College.
