•	Oversee on-boarding and off-boarding of retail, warehouse and corporate employees
•	Participate in bi-weekly payroll process
•	Manage employee benefits program, including yearly Open Enrollment program

•        Manage daily calendar, e-mail, phone calls and tasks 
•	Arrange domestic and international travel, including acquiring VISAs 
•	Organize large-scale corporate events and off-side meetings 
•	Draft company-wide memos and presentations and record minutes in all executive meetings
•	Manage retail real estate matters
