Emily Wills is a passionate individual whose name's meaning, 'hardworking' or 'striving,' resonates with her dedication to making a positive impact through development work and teaching.

With a background in Theatre/Communications from Northwestern University and high school studies at Jones College Prep, Emily's journey has been marked by roles in various organizations that have allowed her to express her love for storytelling and ensemble work.

Currently serving as the Development Director at Wisconsin Youth Company, Emily has previously held positions such as Teaching Artist at Children's Theater of Madison, Audio Describer at Northlight Theatre, and Youth Adventure Coordinator at Tabletale Games, among others.

Her rich professional history also includes stints as a Drama Specialist at Chiaravalle Montessori School, Associate Development Director at Mudlark Theater, and Teaching Artist at Raven Theatre.

Emily's collaborative spirit shines through in her work with different organizations, where she has contributed to fundraising, event coordination, teaching, and youth development initiatives.
