Emily Williams Bloom is a seasoned People & Culture leader with a diverse background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & development, and management. She has held key roles at Viget, a digital agency, where she was responsible for recruiting, hiring strategies, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives.

Emily values authentic relationships and believes in building connections across various differences within the workplace. She focuses on operationalizing values and optimizing trust to create an inclusive company culture.

With a BA in Sociology from Williams College and a Master's degree in Education from the University of Mississippi, Emily brings a strong educational foundation to her work. Her professional experience includes positions as VP of People & Culture, People Director at Viget, Research Manager at the University of North Carolina, Fulbright Grantee at Fulbright New Zealand, and Teacher at Teach for America.
