Emily Wilkinson

Emily Wilkinson is a dedicated individual with a passion for social enterprises, ecology, and the arts, while balancing the responsibilities of being a mother to Leo. She embarked on her professional journey in nonprofits, particularly at the documentary film-centered organization, Invisible Children, where she played a crucial role in establishing and managing legal and development teams during the impactful KONY 2012 campaign.

Following her experiences, Emily co-founded Wilkinson Mazzeo PC, a legal firm aimed at providing comprehensive legal assistance to artists, nonprofits, and startup ventures, fostering accessibility in legal support. Moreover, she extended her endeavors by co-founding Moonlight Consulting, a venture dedicated to aiding social enterprises in their establishment and fundraising efforts. Emily's commitment also extends to serving as the president of Legacy of Light, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to fostering sustainable communities through environmental and artistic initiatives.

Emily Wilkinson pursued her academic interests by studying Law at Chapman University, School of Law, where she achieved a remarkable standing in the top 15% of her class. Additionally, she delved into Documentary Production through a course at Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, showcasing her diverse skill set. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine, graduating with a commendable GPA of 3.7.
