Royal FloraHolland is developing a multisided platform for growers and clients called Floriday.

Within the Floriday tribe I am responsible for the international grower and client proposition. Which means translating their needs into functionalities, setting up and implement use cases with the end goal of capturing more transactions via the online platform.

Responsible for the strategy and development to set up direct trade to China. I focus on product, branding, marketing and digitalization (e-commerce). 

Manage and lead several projects (accomplishments):
•	Setting up and create the brand ‘Royal Floraholland’ for the Chinese market; brand story, brand guide, website etc.
•	Manage and lead big events – fairs (e.g. IPM Shanghai). From concept to realization: deciding on theme, design, marketing materials, the team, goals and operations (won first prize for design at the Kunming fair 2018).
•	Setting up, develop and lead the B2C webshop (Alibaba: TMALL).
•	Setting up, develop and lead the B2B flower webshop (Prestashop).

PostNL E-commerce Services was a specialist in setting up, develop and manage webshops for retailers.
I was commercially responsible for several clients: Expresso, Sandwich, Kruidvat & Trekpleister, Holland@home, Philips Lightening and Riverdale.

Account Manager e-commerce

I was responsible for leading a team of 10 webshop- and process managers. With this team we developed the webshops and managed the daily operations, planning and finance for 15 retailers (e.g. Kruidvat & Trekpleister, Gall&Gall, Praxis). Next to the daily webshop operations I managed third parties we worked with: fulfilment, distribution, payment, customer service etc.

PostNL e-Commerce Services (former Kowin e-Commerce BV) was a specialist in setting up and facilitating webshops for retailers like Kruidvat & Trekpleister, Expresso, Gall&Gall, Agri Retail, Praxis and Primera.

Kowin took care of the entire e-commerce process; from building webshop, content management, purchasing, payment, fulfillment to customer service. 

I was responsible for the daily webshop operations and supply chain for different retailers e.g. Expresso, Kruidvat & Trekpleister: analysis, content management, order-, return management, fulfilment, distribution and customer service. Next to this I managed several webshop development projects with the client and the development team (new features, changes etc.).
