Emily Neuberger
Emily Neuberger is an accomplished author, editor, and teacher with a diverse professional background. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance and Creative Writing from New York University and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Fiction Writing from City University of New York-Brooklyn College. Emily worked as an editorial assistant at Viking at Penguin Random House, where she gained experience in publishing, consumer marketing development, and event planning. She later became a creative writing teacher and middle school administrative assistant at Berkeley Carroll School. Emily has also contributed to several publications, including NYU Local and Smith Magazine. She is the author of "A TENDER THING" at G. P. Putnam's Sons. Before her professional writing career, Emily served as a Vocal Performance Office Assistant at New York University and as a Special Events Intern at WINGS WorldQuest. Emily has a particular interest in empowering women, and she previously served as the HeForShe NYU Editor-in-Chief at UN Women.
