Emily Mitchell is a highly educated individual with a diverse academic background and professional experience in mindfulness and psychology.
She studied at Dyffryn Taf, Whitland, and holds a PGDip in Psychological Therapies Practice specializing in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapies and Approaches from the University of Exeter.
