Emily Mai

Emily Mai is a passionate individual with a deep interest in creating engaging user experiences. She has a background in developing new quality standards to enhance performance and reliability.

Emily has a track record of contributing to various projects, including the YuuZoo social network website, Interactive TV at A-Star, TACHub branding, OpenEMIS web app by Kord IT, MTAF web app by Kord IT, and the diWannabe mobile game by Kord IT.

Supported by SAP's Intrapreneurship Program, Emily collaborated with a dedicated team to establish an internal startup in 2015, aimed at assisting fashion retailers in boosting their sales through an intelligent cross-selling system.

In terms of education, Emily pursued a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication with Business from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Digital Media Design with a focus on Interactive Media from Nanyang Polytechnic.

Throughout her career, Emily has held various positions including UX Strategist at SAP's Innovation Services and Solution, former Alliance Manager for APJ Corporate Strategy at SAP, former Lead UX at OCBC Bank, former UX Consultant at SAP, former UX Specialist in Machine Learning Innovation at SAP, former Team Member at ApparelView (an SAP Startup), former UX Designer in Product and Software development at SAP, among other roles across different organizations in the industry.

Emily Mai has a rich professional background in user experience design, digital media design, and interactive multimedia. Her expertise lies in crafting user-centric solutions and driving innovation within organizations.
