Emily Lui is a Partner and Co Head of the Residential Real Estate department at Seddons Solicitors, specializing in all aspects of residential property transactions for various clients.

With vast experience in the Central London property market, Emily handles purchases, sales, refinancing, developments, and landlord-tenant matters, from simple to complex cases.

She values building enduring relationships with clients and providing practical advice to help them achieve their goals, working closely with the Private Client team to consider tax implications.

Emily is dedicated to completing deals while maintaining efficient and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction, offering expertise in areas like investment properties, refinancing, and auction purchases.

She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from Kings College London and has previously worked as an Associate at Gowen & Stevens LLP.

Emily's recent experience includes assisting US-based clients with substantial property investments, refinancing family homes, managing asset sales for older clients, and advising on off-plan purchases for investment companies.
