Emily Loper

Emily Loper is a highly educated individual with a diverse background in political science and public administration.

She holds a BA in Political Science and Global Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy from USC Price School of Public Policy, and has also studied Political Science at Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Emily has held various key positions in different organizations, showcasing her expertise in policy development and management.

She has worked as a Policy Director at the Bay Planning Coalition, and in the past, she has been the Policy Director, Policy Manager, and Policy Associate at the Bay Area Council.

Her experience extends to roles such as an Educator at lululemon, MPA Intern in the Office of Supervisor David Chiu at the City and County of San Francisco, and as a Paralegal at Keker & Van Nest LLP.

Emily has also contributed to political campaigns through her involvement as a GOTV member at Obama for America and as a Policy Intern in the Office of US Senator Dianne Feinstein at the United States Senate.

Furthermore, Emily's leadership skills are apparent through her past role as President & Team Captain of the Women's Club Soccer Team at UCLA Athletics.
