Emily Loper is a highly educated individual with a diverse background in political science and public administration.
She holds a BA in Political Science and Global Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy from USC Price School of Public Policy, and has also studied Political Science at Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Emily has held various key positions in different organizations, showcasing her expertise in policy development and management.
