Emily attended New York University, where she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. Additionally, she received training in ballet and earned a High School Diploma in Ballet from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.

Throughout her career, Emily held various prominent positions in renowned organizations. She served as the Senior UX Program Manager at Google, Senior Manager of Design Program Management at Twitter, and Head of Production at ueno. She also assumed leadership roles such as VP of Production, Executive Producer, and Director of Production at Firstborn. Emily's expertise extends to roles like Director of Project Management at Makeable LLC and The Wonderfactory, as well as Associate Director of Project Management at The Wonderfactory. She also contributed her skills as a Project Manager at imc2 health & wellness and IMG Media, besides being in charge of Direct Marketing and Email as an Assistant Manager at Ann Taylor.
