Emily Greer is a Venture Partner at 1Up Ventures, based in San Francisco, California. She has an extensive background in the gaming industry, having founded and led multiple companies. Currently, she is the Founder and CEO of Toya, a mobile studio focused on creating engaging gaming experiences for a broad audience. Prior to this, she co-founded and served as CEO of Kongregate, where she significantly expanded the company’s mobile publishing efforts and oversaw the launch of numerous successful games.

Her career also includes roles such as Board Member and Vice-Chair of the International Game Developers Association and various positions in marketing and management at other firms. Greer holds a B.A. in Russian & Eastern European Studies from Yale University, graduating magna cum laude.1
