Emily Davidson is a highly skilled and accomplished Employment Initiative & Strategy Development Professional with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has a proven track record of cultivating innovative solutions and leveraging operations management best practices to address organization employment policy issues. Her expertise includes forming long-term partnerships, identifying, developing, and negotiating engagement & execution of large partnerships, providing corporate representation, formulating strategy and process execution for large-scale projects, and structuring and launching innovative national initiatives.

Emily is a concept-to-completion driver, who has attained recognition for building the 1st IT Department of Labor apprenticeship program, and for representing Anthem on a panel in Capitol Hill, D.C. She strategically partners with industry leaders, executives, and senators to acquire buy-in for complex initiatives, and utilizes subject matter expertise encompassing workforce development systems, innovative apprenticeship development, and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) to achieve highly recognized and cutting-edge programs. Emily has also transformed, revamped, and turned around underperforming teams, operations, and enterprise-level initiatives as a change agent.

Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Social Welfare from The University of New Mexico and has studied Psychology at City University of New York-Hunter College.
