Emily Chang is a highly experienced and accomplished digital designer and strategist based in San Francisco. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Fine Arts, Sculpture from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from William & Mary.
With almost twenty years of experience in the web and design communities, Emily has gained recognition as one of Silicon Valley's Top 50 Influential Digerati. Her extensive background includes principle design and creative direction roles at Adobe since Ideacodes, her design company, was acquired in 2013. As the current Head of UX Design for Adobe.com, she creates innovative, user-centered experiences that exceed both customer and business expectations.
Emily's expertise ranges from design thinking and product strategy to UI/UX, visual design, creative direction and marketing communications. Through her work with high-profile tech startups, Fortune 500 companies, leading universities, and non-profits, Emily has developed a unique skill set that positions her as a thought leader in the industry.
She has received numerous awards for her design and internet work, including prestigious Cooper Hewitt National Design Award Nomination for Interaction Design, and SXSW and USDA awards for web product design. Moreover, she was the creator of the popular web startup resource, eHub, and part of the O'Reilly Web 2.0 series.
