Emily Chang is a multifaceted individual accomplished in her professional and charitable pursuits. She has studied and worked at Stanford University Medical School, gaining a postdoc in computational genetics and a PhD in chemistry, with a focus on theory and computation. Chang has since gone on to co-found and serve as the Chief Data Anayltics Officer for two health-based companies, Genivity and TapGenes, both of which aim to promote family health management. Chang is also a former charity organizer and founder of Our Giving Tea, an initiative supporting local charities.

Her varied background has granted her numerous opportunities to hone her skills, including programming, data analysis, algorithm design, health literature evaluation, health writing, and project management. Chang has participated in incubator programs at Blueprint Health LLC and Launchpad Cohort at Envestnet - Yodlee.
