Emily Campbell

Emily Campbell is the Managing Member of The Campbell Firm PLLC, which she founded in March 2002. She has an interdisciplinary legal practice focusing on transactional, intellectual property, and litigation matters, serving both domestic and international clients across various industries. Her expertise spans corporate law, contracts, licensing, e-commerce, intellectual property protection, entertainment law, civil rights, and criminal law. She has also represented clients in high-profile criminal cases, including homicide trials.1

Before establishing her firm, Ms. Campbell worked with prominent international law firms such as Sullivan & Cromwell, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and Pillsbury Winthrop. Her experience extends beyond law to entrepreneurship in areas like theatrical production and real estate investment.1

Ms. Campbell is actively involved in academia and professional organizations. She serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Nebraska College of Law’s Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic and contributes to Columbia University’s Eugene Lang Entrepreneurship Center. She has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School.1

Her extensive publications include ten law review articles and two book chapters on topics such as copyright and First Amendment law. Additionally, she is a member of several professional associations, including the New York City Bar Association and the American Bar Association.1
