Emily Balestreri

Emily Balestreri is a People Business Partner with a proven track record of success. She has honed her skills in performance management, employee engagement, operations, and project management. Emily attended Oak Ridge High School, where she excelled academically and graduated with a 3.88 GPA. She then furthered her education at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where she pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, and is now a senior.

Her professional background includes working as a People Programs Specialist and a Human Resources Assistant at Samsung Next and Minted, respectively. She was also a National Leadership Consultant at Chi Omega Fraternity Executive Headquarters and held positions as Results Administrator for Executive Networks and Personnel Chair for Omicron Mu Chapter at Chi Omega Fraternity. Emily is also a former member of National Honor Society.
