Emily Anderson is a dynamic and accomplished commercial transformation professional with a passion for making a positive impact in the world. With over 12 years of experience in polymer synthesis and application, Emily's expertise spans a wide range of areas including polyesters, polyurethanes, conductive and carbon fibers, and rubber additives. She is an accomplished Six Sigma Black Belt and excels at fixing marketing and innovation processes.

Emily holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has worked in various positions at Eastman Chemical Company, including Technology Manager for Fibers and Business Process Improvement Lead.
