Emilio Sempris

Emilio Sempris is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background in sustainability, environmental policy, business sustainability management, geological sciences, and meteorology.

Emilio Sempris has a Master's degree in Sustainability, Graduate Certificates in Sustainable Cities and Communities, and Environmental Policy and International Development from Harvard University. He also pursued Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge and studied Energy and Sustainable Development at the University of Calgary.

Emilio Sempris holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences from the University of Maine and a Certificate from the Summer Field Geology Camp at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Additionally, he has studied Meteorology in Earth Sciences at Universidad de Panamá.

Emilio Sempris has held prominent positions in organizations such as the Ministry of Environment of Panama, where he served as the Minister and Vice-Minister of Environment. He has also been the Director General and Climate Change Program Manager at the Centro del Agua del Trópico Húmedo para América Latina y el Caribe (CATHALAC).
