Emilio Puntillo

Emilio Puntillo is a highly experienced System Administrator Oracle Solaris and Unix with a dynamic background in managing tickets and addressing Data Center issues for clients. Mr. Puntillo's deep technical knowledge comes from years of hands-on troubleshooting work with Cisco Ucs hardware platforms, Oracle Sun 25K, M and T series platforms, as well as expertise in administering High Availability Clusters with RedHat (rhcs) and Suse (sleha), Sun Cluster 3.x and VCS, and managing data with Volume Management software. He has extensive experience in managing SAN systems across HP Eva, XP, 3Par, HDS, EMC Celerra, and Clariion, as well as managing SAN switches with both Cisco and Brocade, and network switches with Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, and HP 5900.

    Mr. Puntillo has also completed several advanced courses from Cutaway srl in Solaris and NetApp, Linux Administration, EMC Storage, Shell Scripting, and VMware, as well as having obtained a Diploma in Digital & Virtual Design from I.E.D. Istituto Europeo di Design Roma, and a Perito in Elettrotecnica e automazione from ITIS A.Monaco (CS).

    He has held numerous technical positions in well-recognized companies, including being an Amministratore di Sistema at SOGETEL srl and BV-Tech (S.p.A), as well as Amministratore storage at H3G and Intesa Sanpaolo. He has also held Amministratore di Sistemi Unix positions at Vodafone and H3G, as well as served as Amministratore di Rete, Amministratore Storage at HPE Security-Data Security. 

    With his vast professional experience, Mr. Puntillo has become an adept problem-solver in the IT world with expertise in several areas of IT Support and Administration, making him a valuable addition to any team working in these areas.
