He is the co-founder of Home.Earth, a platform aimed at revolutionizing the real estate industry to create a more sustainable and equitable future.

Before Home.Earth, Emil co-founded Project Access International, a charity focusing on promoting social mobility and addressing inequalities in access to education.

Emil Lassen's diverse professional background includes experience in strategy consulting at McKinsey, operations at Aula Education, growth and impact investments at Matter, as well as grassroots involvement in Danish politics.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from King's College London and has undertaken various visiting student programs at universities like Yale-NUS and the National University of Singapore.

Emil Lassen has been recognized for his contributions as a WEF Global Shaper, Gates Foundation Goalkeeper, and recipient of fellowships such as Sigma Squared, Kairos, and UNLEASH. He also serves as a Sounding Board Member at the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
