Emi Mizuno holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Environmental Planning from Kobe University, a PhD in Technology and Public Policy, Development Economics and International Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Master of Landscape Architecture in Urban and Community Design from the University of California, Berkeley.
