    Her educational background includes a Master of Science from York University, a Bachelor of Science from the University of the Philippines, along with certificates from the International Space University and the Cambridge Judge Business School.

    Emeline's professional journey includes roles such as Co-Founder & CEO at SpaceBase NZ, former Business Development at Ceres Robotics, Inc., former Board Trustee at TEN TO THE NINTH PLUS FOUNDATION, and former Fellow at Edmund Hillary Fellowship (EHF).

    She also co-founded and consulted at International Space Consultants, contributed to NZ Business Development at Orbital Astronautics, held positions as Chief Impact Officer, Exec VP Operations, and VP of Programs and Curriculum at Singularity University, and worked in various capacities at Space Adventures Ltd., University of Maryland, and National Institute of Physics in the field of program development, operations, and academia.
